So as promised, we are gonna have a chalet to celebrate!
It will be 2D1N or 3D2N.
So first things first, i NEED to know when majority of you guys will be free.

And also, which chalet do you guys prefer?

*Costa sands pasir ris premier room (single story)
$129 - 2D1N

*Aloha loyang garden terrace (single story)
$150 - 2D1N

Okay, personally I'm leaning towards aloha loyang garden terrace because it is much more spacious and we have a pavilion and bbq pit to ourselves.
And also we have a kitchen, which means it will be easier for us to prepare food/cook maggi if we are hungry at night or whateverrrr.

So next,
per pax price would be around $20 ~ $30
depending on the amount of people who can make it.

I can't foresee another class gathering happening till 10 years later, or maybe 20 decades or something. I can't wait for the next one though, when we're gonna bring our spouses (and kids) to the chalet (hopefully). If not, when we retire or have grey hair dominating our scalps. That'd be interesting. Who knows maybe the Jin twins will be the next Brewer twins shooting for Calvin Klein underwear ads. Or, Reuben will develop a cure for AIDs or something, and Keith will be.. uhh, Keith.

Alright, just to let you guys know, the class gathering is postponed to March.
Most probably in the holidays where most of us would be free.
After all, some already started school in JC.
This could be our last gathering together because who knows what's gonna happen when everyone of us starts school.
So your presence is very much treasured.

I suggested to have a buffet lunch/dinner at Sakura.
(Because the Sakura at downtown can fit all of us, plus, its in PASIR RIS.)
However, some of our classmates thinks that it's too expensive.
That, i understand.
But, please, give some suggestions for where we should go.
because just thinking about budget, time, agreement and effort..
Its so hard to think of a better place to go.
If you can think of a good idea, I salute you. Seriously. (In admiration!!)
Chalet's out.. watching movie is kind of difficult. But possible.

Hello,

(yes, another posting attempt after 2000 grandfather years)

There are some four-sixy announcements that you might wanna know,
those who don't wanna know, you might want to change that buffoonery part of your mind just for a moment.
Anyway, how's it going mighty four-sixers!

The O lvl results are on a courier plane to Singapore currently, and we'll definitely have them on the tip of our frail fingers soon. Just hope that they're cheapskates from hell so they wouldnt use DHL or Fedex, since those people even walk on water just to deliver. Hope there's a not-slight delay or something, or a majestic plane crash somewhere near the Bermudas.

..but unfortunately, the results will be sent digitally thanks to the wonders of the inventions of Bill Gates and his accomplices, so that whatever in the paragraph above will not actually be potential possibilities.bummer.

Okay, back to the announcements!
We're supposed to do a tribute video for four-six, burn it on 40 discs and distribute it to everyone. A portion of the money you guys paid for the class gathering at Aloha Loyang is used to purchase the blank discs for the video. Since there was no time and everyone of us were busy to actually budge and start from square one to do the video, we ditched the plan. We're so sorry to those who anticipate it, but i dont think anyone really does. Do you guys even know you were supposed to get a disc featuring a tribute video of the class? exactly.lmao.

So what we're gonna do now is caline is going to return the money on the results release day, only to those who paid and attended the class chalet party. We need to come up with a namelist of who went and paid, so please, if you are one of the party animals on that hell of a fantastic day and really want your money back, say "AYE!"! on the tagboard. Aye!

We are suggesting that we do the gift xchanging like what we did for valentine's day,
and the budget is below $10/$5. (since most of us are still broke)
Will be xchanging presents at siloso, for those coming to the class gathering ONLY.
If this idea is favourable, lots will be drawn using a generator or by hand (by an auditor).
Results will be posted HERE so it will not be much surprise, except on what thing you might get.

Alright then, I have finally discussed this with Yi Zhen.
We're still sticking with that date, and the same location.
We're gonna bring tents, or you know those huge blue canvas sheets some fishermen use to use as their top shelters which their four corners are tied to the tree trunks/branches.
Anyone has it? If anyone has that sort of canvas, let us know okay?

The weather's been fine for the past three days, and hopefully itll stay like this.
I know checking the weather forecast may not be reliable and not be of any help, but we'll still checking the forecast three days earlier to have a vague prediction of the weather.

The food remains as pot luck.
Every single one needs to bring food. (Unless they have really valid reasons though)
Yi Zhen and I came up with a few suggestions:

Nuggets
Cheese or Tuna Sandwiches
Hotdogs
Burgers?
Home-made pizzas?
Anything similar.

You get the gist. It's mainly finger food, if not, hand food.lol.

The thing is, the class gathering party thing has been called off 'coz of the unavailability of a decent location and some other valid reasons. Sorry for the false anticipation, guys.

However however however,
We're STILL gonna have a 4/6 gathering no matter what.
Some foursixers brainstormed their ideas and came up with a couple of ideas.

The proposed date is December 22nd.
Please let us know if there's any disagreements on the date.

1) 4/6 Picnic Party at Siloso Beach, Sentosa.
Don't worry abt the transportation and stuff like that. In fact, it's way more convenient and easier than going to East Coast Park. All you gotta take is a train right to harbourfront station, and take a monorail from Vivo to Sentosa. It's just a one-transfer journey. Reason why we chose Sentosa is that it's really conducive for picnic day out. As you know, the sand is awesome at Siloso Beach. They even have a volleyball beach court and etc. Security and safety is also tight around the sea. Besides the beach, we can even cycle as a class around Sentosa or hike down the trails. Maybe we'll meet somewhere first, say white sands? before we depart for Sentosa.

Food: Pot luck. Everyone will bring their homecooked food, so there could be a variety. (:

2) 4/6 Pulau Ubin hiking trip
Take 89, alight at Changi Village. Take a boat to Pulau Ubin. Dont worry about the cost of the journey. I think its only 2 dollars. I'll check later on to re-confirm. Yeah, so basically all you do is hike, and cycle. Maybe even a picnic near the lakes and quarry. You gotta have lots of stamina and patience for this though. There's gonna be alot of walking and stuff like that.

3) 4/6's Wild and Wet trip.
Haha, that came out wrong. Anyway, its basically a day out at Wild Wild Wet as a class. You guys know where it is, so I dont need to state the transport details and stuff. I think this idea is great as well. Sounds awesomically fun.

Once we find out a majority, we'll then discuss about the rendezvous and whatnots.

We're gonna have our last, yet brief meeting after tomorrow's geog paper, concerning the event on monday and its also gonna be our last last get-together in school. =(

The ridiculous "clip up your fringe" and the "bring down your hair" rule will soon be automatically lifted on that very minute on that very second. the quality of life, finally.

[you know, since we dont really wear our uniform anymore. Im thinking of bringing permanent markers to school, and scribbledoodle on everyone's shirts. That's what the peeps do in the UK. On the last day of school, each person brought like 14-25 markers each so that their shirts can be scribbled by their friends, and viceversa. They even wrote their best wishes and whatnots. we're not gonna use our uniforms anymore anyways, cept when we're supposed to collect our results, but i know most of you have like two or more school shirts.]

The new blogskin is some tedious work, really.
I set a new colour scheme for the blog to liven up the graduation mood, well as you can see its so christmasy everywhere - green and magenta. lol.
I did something different to the tagboard too, the form is at the sidebar right at the bottom. (:

Last day of school ran past us like one hell of a full-speed bobsled.
Seems like it was yesterday when we first stepped into this discotheque class, and the next thing we know, its time to rip the fond memories off the noticeboards and write our last words on our grafitti wall.

Although the felicity mood actually dominated on the last day,
all of us kind of left the class half-heartedly.
I'm gonna miss my seaaaaat! damn.
No more blasting mp3s in class, screaming our asses off during breaks, drawing on the whiteboard, laughing at mr azhar's profound jokes, etc etc.
How depressing. ahah.

On a lighter note, its the end of the 10 years compulsory education.
We're off to poly or jc now. tough as it may sound, but we're finally out of this prisonic lair ruled by you-know-who, the godfather of everything un-nice himself.

I guess we wont be interacting with each other much for now, the Big Os are just next week.
But hey, we're gonna spend some awesome quality time together afterthat.
i'm really really anticipating for the pre-prom party happening at aloha loyang 5 days after the last paper.
make sure everyone turn up for that!

today , everyone got to check on their report slip .

some people may be sastified , upset or no feelings . well , your hardwork is reflected on your own report slip . if you have done well , good for you . if not , study hard . though there is only 18 days for Amaths students and 20 days left for the rest , it is too early to give up .

i am sure that all of us want to choose and go to our dream JCs or poly courses but not they choose you . start revising those subjects that you are weak at . a D7 to F9 isn't nice to see at your o level certificate .

just simply one more month and you can say good bye to our ' DEAREST ' school , ESPECIALLY the principal . =D

I didnt know doing community service could be this fun.
Pasir Risians were the most generous.
Tampinesians were okaaay, (they should work on how to reject requests though =___=)
so there were shafiq, nizam, hidayah, aica, huda and me, carrying empty white tins, with lids surrounded by stickers.

it was hella fun.
why wouldnt it, right?
cmon, with awesome people like them, bore was the last thing that could ever happen.
we went to aica's, nizam's, and huda's house to nick coins from their piggy banks.
we weren't even halfway through and our tins were almost half full.
it wasnt cheating alright. it was called 'self-voluntary'.

rrrright, went to white sands afterthat to get somemore.
dayah, aica and huda went to develop photos at whitesands.
so that left the three of us to collect more donations.
shafiq, nizam and me positioned ourselves at the mrt station entrance, bus interchange and in front of the bubble tea shop, respectively.
there was this impeccably dressed indian man who approached me and inserted a whopping five dollar note into the slot.
and there was this lady who looked like she got threatened i think.
was it me who was being too persuasive, or was her face just like that.
oh, kids love slotting coins as well.
in fact, theyre the ones who jumped for joy after donating.
kids of this generation are the potential samaritans.

i'm really reaaaaaaaaaaaally tired i cant stress further,
i dont even know what to say, and i forgot what i typed above.
i have little to no energy left to re-read and edit.
as long as i did a decent post, that's good enough. (:
well, at least i smiled.

the class cheering competition is nearing.
in fact, its just the week after !
and, we have to get our cheer and choreography ready by next week (and thats not even 7 days).

THANKS TO CALINE's SUPERB CHOREOGRAPHING SKILLS,
we're halfway there.
had a rehearsal session on saturday, and all of us had to go back to school for a few hours to get our choreography right.
Everyone was so determined, and eager to win this thing.
Cmon peepsies, it's our last year.
SHOW EM WHAT WE'VE GOT.

the class spirit can never get any better,
its just indescribable.
Mr. Loh snapped quite a number of candid photos here and there,
and they can get very memorable when we reach graduation.
so, spend more time with each other before our last day comes, alright?
look at how time flies so fast, its already almost the end of term 1 (!!!)

aahh, so the rehearsal at the school hall ended at half past twelve coz the school needed to be locked up.
and yet, we continued rehearsing at one of the void decks.
we had the cheer content and lyrics discussed, and the choreography perfected.

Time: on the last ten minutes of HISTORY lesson.

What?
After the long mind-blowing talk on the the Nazi occupation etc. by Mr. Azhar,
CALINE noticed that the front door opened by itself and later saw a black head, stucked to the outer part of one of the glass screens on the door. It vanished the second after.
QI RONG, HELENA, FIONA, and HUDA witnessed a shadowy figure at the same area at the exact same time.

GOOD NEWS (!!!)

According to some councillors,

Handphones are allowed in school next year(!!), and can only be used in the canteen. If anyone's caught using them in other premises, they will be confiscated for 30 days.

Schools will start at 9am, every Wednesdays (except for the 3rd of January).

Details will be given/confirmed by the principal when school reopens.

In the meantime,
